BRITNEY Spears’ ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib is to stand trial after he allegedly tried to run over a court official.The 36-year-old snapper, who dated the singer during her public meltdown, is facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon, hit-and-run and battery, after a judge found there was enough evidence to prosecute.
The charges relate to an incident on 11 February in Los Angeles when a court official tried to serve him with a restraining order, issued by Britney’s father Jamie Spears, to stay away from the star.
