A farmer from Krasnodar, a town in southern Russia, could become the owner of US pop star Britney Spears $7.9- million mansion in California, a real estate agent involved in the sale said on Friday.According to the Russian agency, Doki, the potential buyer for the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom Renaissance style home is a 48-year-old known only as Alexei.
"The man has primarily been involved in agriculture for the past 16 years. At the current time among Alexei's assets are 1,000 hectares of land, two pig farms, horticultural gardens and fruit and vegetable production facilities," a press release said.
